This statement is intended to inform you on how your personal data is processed, in compliance with the current European and Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.

Purpose and lawful basis of the processing

COMACCHIO S.p.A. does not send newsletters: the Data Controller processes the personal data collected through this form only to respond to requests for information, for example to provide information on products or services (including sending brochures, catalogues and/or other material), to submit a quote, etc.: consent is therefore not required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.

Duration of the processing

In case of information request, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide a response; if a quote is requested, however, the data will be processed for a maximum time equal to double the period of effectiveness of the quote, without prejudice to further processing for the time necessary for the settlement of any disputes that may arise.

Nature of consent and consequences in case of refusal

The consent to data processing is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is therefore necessary to submit the request for information: your possible refusal to provide the consent makes it impossible to provide the requested information.

Scope of data transmission and categories of recipients

The Data Controller will not disclose the data, which will be made accessible exclusively to employees and collaborators of the Company, authorized by the Data Controller to process the data according to their respective duties, including Company’s subsidiaries, consultants, self-employed professionals or service companies and private or public entities, e.g. in connection with inspections and audits.

These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.

Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization

Personal data may be transferred to non-European third countries to ensure that our authorized dealer in charge for your territory takes care of your request: the transfer shall therefore take place on the condition stated in art. 49 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR, i.e. the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.

The data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to erase them or restrict their processing in certain circumstances, as well as to obtain the data portability.
